Made sure the tire rod bolt was on nice and tight. The other day I was riding and heard running noises and not its so bad it's clicking. Figured out when the tire rod bolt it tightened down. 1. axle bolt. 2. right pinch bolts. 3. bounce the front end to let the forks align to the axle. 4. left pinch bolts. OP: while everything is loose (before tightening everything up again) see if the wheel spins freely. It should go around at least once or so before stopping.
